From Omaha: From the intersection of Douglas and S 13th Street, head east on Doulas for 0.2 miles. Use the left land to take the ramp onto I-480 East for 0.6 miles. Merge onto I-29 N for 18.5 miles. Take exit 72 toward Loveland/Wilson Island State Park. Turn left (east) onto Desoto Avenue for 0.3 miles. Turn left (north) onto Old Lincoln Highway for 0.6 miles. Farm Program Information: Farm Program Information is provided by the Harrison County Farm Service Agencies. Improvements/Buildings/Personal Property: All dwellings and improvements will be conveyed in their current "As is - Where is" condition. The new owner will be responsible for removing any personal property left on the premises at closing.

Closing: Closing will occur on or about Tuesday, October 21st, 2025. The balance of the purchase price will be payable at closing in the form of a guaranteed check or wire transfer.

Any financial arrangements are to have been made before bidding at the auction. Fences: Existing fences, if any, are in as-is condition and will not be updated or replaced by the Sellers. Not all tract and boundary lines are fenced, and if needed, will be the responsibility of the Buyer at closing. Existing fence lines may not fall directly on the legal boundary.
