County Drainage Tile:
The farmland is situated within Drainage District 34, part of the Upper Open Ditch Segment, and Drainage District 198 on the East side of the farm. The County Drainage Tile on the farm consists of a 24" tile line running northwest across the property, which outlets water into the Open Drainage Ditch. Currently, access is not available for crossing the open drainage ditch to reach the western portion of the property. It is currently being accessed through the property to the south via their crossing, and there is no formal easement in place. We have talked to the county drainage engineer and a local contractor about the process and cost of getting a crossing installed. Please contact the listing agent for more information.

Frontage on paved County Highway M54 provides great access from the east side of the property. There are several grain marketing outlets located nearby including grain elevators and ethanol plants.
