Jeb Borgmeyer

Jeb Borgmeyer is an Associate Appraiser specializing in agricultural and recreational properties. Jeb has completed appraisals across Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota. He also has experience with USPAP compliant restricted reports and has assisted with area-wide market analysis studies throughout the county.

Jeb joined Peoples Company in December 2021 as a sophomore in college. He has held multiple different internships and job titles, all while graduating from Iowa State University with a B.S. in Agronomy in 2024. Jeb is currently pursuing his Certified General Appraiser License in Iowa. He has been committed to climbing the development ladder and has proved to be a well-rounded young professional in the industry.
