Lucas Riesenberg joined the Peoples Company appraisal team as an intern in May 2021 and began working full-time as an Associate Appraiser in December 2022. He earned his Certified General Appraiser license in March 2025. Lucas specializes in the valuation of agricultural land, recreational land, agribusiness properties, livestock facilities, and rural residential properties throughout Iowa. His broad experience and local market knowledge allow him to provide well-supported valuations across a wide range of rural property types.
