Ross Perkins, AFM

Ross is a licensed Real Estate Broker with Peoples Company, a nationally recognized leader in land brokerage, auctions, management, investment, energy, and appraisal services. He brings a variety of knowledge to the brokerage division with his experiences in Farm Management, Consulting, and Production Agriculture. Ross feels that it is helpful being involved in multiple aspects of the agriculture world to look at situations from different perspectives.

Growing up in Central Illinois, Ross has been rooted in the agriculture sector since the beginning. Whether he’s helping a family sell a farm, helping a buyer find the right property, or give guidance on a piece of land, fulfilling a client’s goal is the most rewarding part of his work.

Along with being a Land Agent, he actively farms outside of Gibson City, where he lives with his wife, Morgan, and their two children. When not farming or selling farms, he can be found hunting, fishing, or traveling with his family.
