Spencer Knight

Spencer Knight is an Associate Land Agent with Peoples Company, specializing in farmland real estate transactions throughout the Delta. He grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas with a family history in cotton farming and real estate. His passion for agriculture and land led to him joining Peoples Company in 2026. Today, Spencer lives in Fayetteville, Arkansas where he maintains connections in Arkansas agriculture while assisting clients in navigating farmland transactions.  

 

Spencer received his Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business from the University of Arkansas in 2025, and the following year received his master’s degree from the University of Arkansas in Agricultural Economics.
