Wyatt Ryan

 Wyatt Ryan is an Associate Land Agent with Peoples Company, specializing in farmland brokerage throughout Nebraska. Raised north of Overton, Nebraska, on his family’s cattle ranch, Wyatt developed a deep appreciation for production agriculture and rural land ownership at an early age. Growing up involved in the family’s Black Angus operation provided him with firsthand experience in the opportunities and challenges facing agricultural producers and landowners.

Wyatt earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Hastings College, where he also completed minors in Agribusiness and Economics. He is currently pursuing his Nebraska real estate salesperson license. His educational background, combined with his hands-on agricultural experience, provides him with a strong understanding of the factors that influence land values, farm operations, and investment decisions.

Based in Kearney, Nebraska, Wyatt works closely with clients across the state to support farmland transactions involving irrigated cropland, dryland cropland, and pastureland. He collaborates with the Peoples Company team to provide comprehensive market research, strategic marketing solutions, transaction coordination, and personalized guidance throughout the buying and selling process.

Committed to maintaining strong ties to production agriculture, Wyatt brings a client-focused approach, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping landowners, farm operators, and investors achieve their goals with confidence.

Outside of work, Wyatt enjoys spending time with family and friends, helping on his family’s ranch, golfing, spending time at the lake, riding horses, roping, attending concerts, staying active, and enjoying the outdoors.
