Land Auction Results - December 2022

Iowa had strong auction activity in December, with 13,356 acres selling in 127 tracts. This volume was down 11% from December 2021, but was in the top three months of 2022, surpassed only by November (14,529 acres) and June (18,559 acres). The average dollar per CSR2 was $185, which is up 5% from Q3’s average of $181, and up 5% from December 2021.
