Peoples Company Launches Pioneering Corporate Services Division

Peoples Company, a recognized leader in integrated land management, brokerage, appraisal, capital markets and energy solutions with offices across the nation, announced the launch of a pioneering Corporate Services division to assist owners with large, diverse agricultural portfolios. Peoples Company’s global reach, deep subject matter expertise, and its nationwide platform will offer streamlined services for corporate clients with significant, diversified holdings.

“Our Corporate Services division represents our latest endeavor to offer clients a fully integrated transaction platform, serving as a one-stop-shop for clients with complex and geographically diverse portfolios,” said Peoples Company President Steve Bruere. “This new division started as it became clear that C-Suites understood that it all starts with land. Whether a company is seeking to build a new facility, diversify their investment portfolio, or build a renewable energy project, land is always at the core of those decisions.

The new division has already served large, multi-national corporations on land deals to build, site or liquidate major data centers, renewable energy projects, warehouses and commercial buildings, among other assets.

In launching the Corporate Services division, Peoples Company has hired two new executives, Mark Miller and Victoria “Tory” Ross, with deep subject matter expertise. Miller and Ross, along with existing team members Jaxon Goedken and Bryan Bergdale, will lead the service offering. This Corporate Service team will be the main points of contact for clients and manage other internal Peoples Company professionals based on their subject matter expertise or the region in which the asset is located.

Mark Miller brings more than three decades of experience in corporate services, business development, and complex transaction execution to Peoples Company. Miller's distinguished career includes senior positions with DuPont, Dow, and Pioneer, where he held a series of titles, including Director of Corporate Services and North America Office Manager. In this capacity, Miller directed a wide range of corporate functions, including economic development, sustainable design, global facilities management, project management, travel and event coordination, facility and site maintenance, fleet management, global security, corporate aviation, and real estate brokerage.

Tory Ross adds an extra layer of sophistication when it comes to understanding complex assets including integrated production and processing operations. With 10 years of global experience in Australia, Europe, and the Americas, Ross brings deep expertise in large-scale agribusiness assets. Ross’ background spans valuation, investment analysis, due diligence, disposition process and procedures. Prior to joining Peoples Company, Ross worked with specialty food and agribusiness portfolios at CBRE in the United Kingdom and LAWD in Australia.

This announcement follows the launch of the International Ag Alliance. As a founding member of the International Ag Alliance, Peoples Company has created an international coalition o collaborate with partners around the globe on international holdings.
