There were multiple farms that sold for over $20,000 per acre:
Chickasaw County, Iowa had an 80.89-acre cropland farm sell for $26,000/acre or $301/CSR2; Dubuque County, Iowa had a 91.55-acre cropland farm sell for $20,200/acre or $321/CSR; and two tracts of a four-tract auction in Warren County, Illinois sold for $22,700/acre ($/CSR2 is not applicable in Illinois).

The rest of 2023 is predicted to be just as busy, with over 180 tracts on the calendar through December in Iowa alone.
