Iowa had eleven tracts sell last week, nine of which met our criteria for calculating $/CSR2.  The average dollar per gross acre was $14,600 with an average dollar per tillable acre of $17,176 bringing an average dollar per CSR2 of $208.  This is up 26% from last week, and up 20% from the Q1 2022 average.

The top sale went to a Sioux County 41.4 acre cropland farm bringing $23,500 per acre or $273 per CSR2.
