Weekly Auction Results: 5/1/22–5/7/22

We tracked 10 auctions in Iowa last week.  The average dollar per acre was $12,708, average dollar per tillable of $14,864 and an average dollar per CSR2 of $186.  This is down 10% from the previous week, while remaining up 7% from Q1 2022's $/CSR2 average of $174.

The high sale of the week went to a Sioux County 60 acre cropland farm bringing $22,400 per acre or $263/CSR2.

We also tracked six auctions in Minnesota which brought an average dollar per acre of $8,923 and average dollar per tillable acre of $13,108.
