Iowa saw an uptick in auction activity the week of May 21.  22 tracts sold, and we were able to calculate an average dollar per acre, dollar per tillable acre, and dollar per CSR2 point.

The high sale of the week went to a Peoples Company auction in Greene County: It was an 80-acre cropland farm that sold for $17,550 per acre or $203 per CSR2.
