Weekly Auction Results 6/11/23-6/17/23

It was another active week in auctions, with Iowa selling 19 tracts that met our 35+ acre threshold, and additional auctions in Illinois, Minnesota, and Missouri.

The high sale of the week went to a Clay County 80-acre cropland farm, selling for $21,200 per acre or $246 per CSR2.  Tract 2 of that auction also sold high: $20,250 per acre.  However, as Tract 2 was only 28 acres, it was excluded from our $/CSR2 average.

An honorable mention goes to the two-tract Shelby County auction: Tract 1 sold for $15,500/acre or $235/CSR2, and Tract 2 sold for $15,000/acre or $236/CSR2.
