Survey: Wisconsin Mapping, LLC has completed a Plat of Survey of the entire farm to determine outside boundary lines. If Tracts 1, 2, 3, or 4 are purchased separately, Sellers will provide a survey at their expense to divide the tracts, if needed, based on the result of the sale.

Vacant Land Disclosure Report: Buyer waives his right to the Vacant Land Disclosure Report under Wis. Stat. §709.02 and further waives his right to rescind under Wis. Stat. §709.05 according to Wis. Stat. §709.08.

Contract & Title: Immediately upon the conclusion of the auction, the high bidder will enter into a real estate sales contract and deposit the required earnest money payment with Preferred Title, LLC. The terms of the signed Real Estate Purchase Contract shall govern the sale and shall supersede all prior negotiations, discussions, representations, or information regarding the sale, including this brochure.
