Tract 2: There is a water line extending from the south well to a neighboring property. There is no water line agreement in place with this neighbor. It will be the Buyer's choice to determine if they would like to enter into an agreement or discontinue access. A lease is in place on the home and building site. The Buyer will assume the lease, and possession of the home and buildings will be given on June 1st, 2026.
