Land values through the first month of 2019 have held steady when compared to trends seen throughout 2018. The average $/CSR2 point for highly tillable farms that were sold at auction was $113/CSR2 for the month of January. Our team has seen an uptick in the volume of auctions and per conversations with our brokerage team, we anticipate to see this trend continue through March and April.
