17 tracts sold last week in Iowa, bringing an average dollar per acre of $11,101, average dollar per tillable of $16,400, and an average dollar per CSR2 of $201.81.  This is up 6% from the previous week and up 16% from Q1 2022.

The top sale of the week went to a Dubuque County auction:  Tract 1 brought 18,600 per acre and $274/CSR2, and Tract 2 brought $21,000 per acre and $272/CSR2.
